eXoZymes sponsors an individual 401(k) defined contribution plan for the benefit of employees when eligible. The plan allows eligible employees to contribute a portion of their annual compensation, not to exceed annual limits for the employee as established by the Department of Treasury. eXoZymes makes matching contributions for participating employees up to a certain percentage of the employee contributions; matching contributions were funded for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024. Benefits under this plan were available to all employees, and employees become fully vested in the employer’s contribution upon receipt. A total of $151,092 and $111,336 was contributed to the 401 (k) plan for years ended on December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
