| SEGMENT INFORMATION | NOTE 12: SEGMENT INFORMATION
The Company conducts its business activities and reports financial results as one business segment. The presentation of financial results as one reportable segment is consistent with the way the Company operates its business and is consistent with the manner in which the Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”) evaluates performance and makes resource and operating decisions for the business. The Company’s CODM is the . Furthermore, the Company notes that monitoring financial results as one reportable segment helps the CODM manage costs on a consolidated basis, consistent with the integrated nature of the operations. The CODM uses net loss, as reported on the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations, in evaluating the performance of the Company and determining how to allocate resources of the Company as a whole. As the CODM evaluates performance on a consolidated basis, all required financial segment information is included in the condensed consolidated financial statements. |
