AMENDMENT NO. 27

TO THE

AMENDED AND RESTATED SUB-ADVISORY CONTRACT

This Amendment No. 27 (this “Amendment”), dated as of December 9, 2025, amends the Amended and Restated Sub-Advisory Contract (the “Contract”), dated July 1, 2020, between Invesco Advisers, Inc. and Invesco Capital Management LLC.

W I T N E S S E T H:

WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the Contract to remove Invesco Environmental Focus Municipal Fund, a series portfolio of AIM Tax-Exempt Funds (Invesco Tax-Exempt Funds), and Invesco MSCI World SRI Index Fund, a series portfolio of AIM International Mutual Funds (Invesco International Mutual Funds), from Exhibit A to the Contract, effective February 24, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree that:

1.            Exhibit A to the Contract is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
