POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know all by these presents, that the undersigned hereby constitutes and appoints each of Thomas Andersen, Charleston Lim, Juliette Todd and Sofia Sequeira Murillo, or any of them signing singly, and with full power of substitution, as the undersigned’s true and lawful attorney-in-fact to:

Prepare and execute in the undersigned’s name and on the undersigned’s behalf, and submit to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for and on behalf of the undersigned, in the undersigned’s capacity as an officer or director of Hafnia Limited (the “Company”), Forms 3, 4, and 5 in accordance with Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the rules thereunder (the “Exchange Act”);

2.	Do and perform any and all acts for and on behalf of the undersigned which may be necessary or desirable to complete any such Form 3, 4, or 5, complete and execute any amendment or amendments thereto, and timely file such form with the SEC and any stock exchange or similar authority;

Take such actions as may be necessary or appropriate to enable the undersigned to submit and file forms, schedules and other documents with the SEC, which actions may include (a) enrolling the undersigned in EDGAR Next and (b) preparing, executing and submitting to the SEC a Form ID, amendments thereto, and such other documents and information as may be necessary or appropriate to obtain codes and passwords enabling the undersigned to make filings and submissions utilizing the EDGAR Next system;

Act as an account administrator for the undersigned’s EDGAR account, including: (i) appoint, remove and replace account administrators, account users, technical administrators and delegated entities; (ii) maintain the security of the undersigned’s EDGAR account, including modification of access codes; (iii) maintain, modify and certify the accuracy of information on the undersigned’s EDGAR account dashboard; (iv) act as the EDGAR point of contact with respect to the undersigned’s EDGAR account; and (v) any other actions contemplated by Rule 10 of Regulation S-T with respect to account administrators; and

Take any other action of any type whatsoever in connection with the foregoing which, in the opinion of such attorney-in-fact, may be of benefit to, in the best interest of, or legally required by, the undersigned, it being understood that the documents executed by such attorney-in-fact on behalf of the undersigned pursuant to this Power of Attorney shall be in such form and will contain such information as such attorney-in-fact may approve in such attorney-in-fact’s reasonable discretion.

The undersigned hereby grants to each such attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary, or proper to be done in the exercise of any of the rights and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as the undersigned might or could do if personally present, with full power of substitution or revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that such attorney-in-fact, or such attorney-in-fact’s substitute or substitutes, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this Power of Attorney and the rights and powers herein granted. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the foregoing attorney(s)-in fact (as applicable) shall provide the undersigned with prior written notice of (i) any proposed appointment or substitution of an attorney-in-fact and (ii) any filing or document to be executed and submitted on the undersigned’s behalf pursuant to this Power of Attorney, and, in each case, shall obtain the undersigned’s prior written consent before proceeding with such appointment, substitution, filing, or document.

The undersigned acknowledges that the foregoing attorney(s)-in-fact, in serving in such capacity at the request of the undersigned, are not assuming, nor is the Company assuming, any of the undersigned’s responsibilities to comply with Section 16 of the Exchange Act, and neither the Company nor any of the foregoing attorney(s)-in-fact assumes any liability of the undersigned for any failure to comply with the requirements of Section 16 of the Exchange Act and, to the extent Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act becomes applicable in the future to the undersigned, any liability of the undersigned for disgorgement of profits under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act.

This Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect until the earliest of (i) the date on which the undersigned is no longer required to file any reports, forms or documents with the SEC, or (ii) its earlier revocation by the undersigned in a signed writing delivered to the Attorney-in-Fact; provided, however, that with respect to each Attorney-in-Fact individually, this Power of Attorney shall automatically cease to be effective as to such Attorney-in-Fact upon the earliest of (A) the date on which such Attorney-in-Fact ceases to serve their current role with the Company or Vedder Price P.C., as applicable, or (B) with respect to each Attorney-in-Fact currently employed by Vedder Price P.C., the date on which Vedder Price P.C. is no longer engaged by the Company for purposes of making such filings. This Power of Attorney revokes all previous powers of attorney with respect to the subject matter of this Power of Attorney.
