NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

The merger between Dolly Varden Silver Corporation and Contango ORE, Inc. became effective on March 26, 2026.  Each share of Common Stock of Dolly Varden Silver Corporation was converted into 0.1652 of a share of Contango ORE, Inc. Common Stock, without interest, less any applicable fee, and tax.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading before market open on March 27, 2026.
