On March 24, 2026, BlockchAIn Digital Infrastructure, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the release of a shareholder letter from its Chief Executive Officer providing an update on the Company’s operation, strategy and recent developments following its public listing. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
