Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On March 27, 2026, Health In Tech, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the closing of its previously announced private investment in public equity financing, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference herein.
