| GOODWILL | GOODWILL Prosper’s Goodwill balance of $36.4 million at December 31, 2025 did not change during the year ended December 31, 2025. The Goodwill is associated with the Company’s Personal Loan reporting unit, which has a negative carrying amount as of December 31, 2025. The Company recorded no goodwill impairment for the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023.
