Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On March 23, 2026, Andrew Gerber, the current General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Paymentus Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he will be leaving to pursue a position at a company that is not related to our industry. His departure is not related to any disagreement with the Company. Mr. Gerber’s last day with the Company and all of its affiliates will be April 6, 2026.
