Class 0 and Class 2 of GAIT paid the Manager a sponsor fee (the “Sponsor Fee”) at an annual rate of the Members’ Capital specified in the table below. Class 3-A and Class 3-B of GAIT have no sponsor fee. The Sponsor Fee is payable monthly in arrears calculated as of the last business day of each month in the same manner as the Advisory Fee. For the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, the Sponsor Fees allocated to the Fund by Class 0 and Class 2 of GAIT totaled $219,490 and $256,812, respectively.
