| Goodwill | Goodwill The carrying amount of goodwill for the year ended December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024 was $10.5 million. The Company consists of one reporting unit. Management evaluates the reporting unit for impairment on an annual basis in the fourth quarter or more frequently if an event occurs or circumstances change that would more-likely-than-not reduce the fair value of the Company’s reporting unit below its carrying value. There were no impairments in the carrying amount of goodwill for the year ended December 31, 2025 and December 31, 2024.
