| Schedule of Shareholder Servicing and Distribution Fees | The following table shows the shareholder servicing and/or distribution fees the Company pays Quasar Distributors LLC (the “Managing Dealer”) with respect to the Class I, Class S and Class D on an annualized basis as a percentage of NAV for such class. The Managing Dealer is a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
