| Amendment Description | This Amendment No. 1 to CIMG Inc.’s (the “Company”) Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 (the “Original Filing”), filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 5, 2026, is being filed to amend Part I of the Original Filing to include additional disclosures that were inadvertently omitted from the Original Filing. Specifically, this Amendment includes “Item 2–Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations”, which was omitted from the Original Filing. Except as described above, this Amendment does not modify or update any other disclosures presented in the Original Filing, including the Company’s financial statements included therein.
