| RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS | NOTE 15 — RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company has a corporate policy governing the identification, review, consideration, and approval or ratification of transactions with related persons. Under this policy, all related party transactions are identified and approved prior to consummation of the transaction to ensure they are consistent with the Company’s best interests and the best interests of its shareholders. The Company utilizes a space owned by a related party, for the secure processing and handling of materials before distribution. No consideration is exchanged between the parties, but the Company estimates that, if costs were incurred, they would be immaterial to its consolidated financial statements. |
