SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC Topic 855, “Subsequent Events”, which establishes general standards of accounting for and disclosure of events that occur after the balance sheet date but before the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements are issued, the Company has evaluated all events or transactions that occurred after January 31, 2026, up to the date that the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. In March 2026, the Company established VitaNova Global Foods Corporation as a wholly owned subsidiary.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
