| Subsequent Event | Subsequent Event During fiscal 2025, U.S. tariffs were imposed under the International Emergency Powers Act (“IEEPA”) that applied to some of the Company’s direct import products. On February 20, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the tariffs were unauthorized. The ruling did not address potential refunds. In light of this, there is uncertainty regarding the likelihood and timing of collection pending further direction from the courts and/or U.S. Customs.
