17. Related party transactions
One of the Company’s directors serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of The One Group Hospitality, Inc. The
Company sold various food service technology products to The One Group Hospitality, Inc. on an arms’ length basis totaling $161 thousand
and $117 thousand in 2025 and 2024, respectively. The Company’s accounts receivable from The One Group Hospitality, Inc. amounted to $30 thousand and $5 thousand at December
31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
