1 As of December 31, 2025, the account payable and other accrued liabilities included $2.3 million in loss contingency due to a purchase obligation shortfall stemming from the AWS minimum commitment obligation that is not probable of being recovered through usage or other means and $2.8 million in legal settlement liabilities.
