| Segment Reporting | Segment Reporting The Company considers its product offerings as similar, in close proximity, and have aggregated them into one reportable segment, which constitutes consolidated results. Revenue from customers is derived principally from monthly subscription packages and other add-on products. The Company’s chief operating decision maker (the “CODM”) is the Chief Executive Officer. The Company’s CODM reviews financial information on a consolidated basis for purposes of allocating resources and assessing financial performance, as well as for making strategic operational decisions and managing the organization. Revenue is used to monitor budget versus actual results in an effort to refine forecasts, control costs, and pricing strategies. The accounting policies for the segment are the same as those described in Note 2, “Summary of Significant Accounting Policies.” The measure of segment assets is reported on the balance sheet as total consolidated assets. The majority of the Company’s revenue and total assets are within the United States. The CODM evaluates company-wide performance based on multiple performance measures (both GAAP and Non-GAAP measures), including, but not limited net income. The table below provides the calculation of net income, which is the performance measure that is most consistent with GAAP, and the significant operating expenses included in this performance measure (in thousands):
1 Includes change in fair value of warrant liability, change in TRA liability and other non-operating income and expense. There are no reconciling items or adjustments between segment revenues, net income, total assets and consolidated revenues, net income, and total assets.
