| Segment Reporting, Expense Information Used by CODM, Description | The management approach considers the internal organization and reporting used by the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officers, the Chief Financial Officer, and the President which comprise the chief operating decision maker (“CODM”) for making decisions, allocating resources and assessing performance. The CODM assesses the performance and makes operating decisions of the Company on a consolidated basis primarily based on the Company’s net income, as presented on the consolidated statement of operations. In addition to other factors and metrics, the CODM utilizes net income as a key determinant of the amount of dividends to be distributed to the Company's stockholders. |
