| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions Related party transactions include transactions between the Company and its shareholders, management, or affiliates. The following transactions were in the normal course of operations and were measured and recorded at the exchange amount, which is the amount of consideration established and agreed to by the parties. Consulting Services During the nine months ended January 31, 2026 and 2025, the Company recognized $0 and $12,000, respectively, for consulting services provided by an affiliate of a Board member, unrelated to his duty as a Board member. During both the three months ended January 31, 2026 and 2025, the Company recognized $0 for such services. Such amounts, if applicable, are included in general and administrative expenses in the accompanying condensed consolidated statements of operations. As of January 31, 2026, $0 was due to this related party.
