| Intangible Assets and Liabilities | Intangible Assets and Liabilities The following table summarizes the Company’s identified intangible assets and intangible liabilities, included in intangible assets, net and other liabilities on the accompanying consolidated balance sheets as of December 31, 2025 and 2024.
The portion of the purchase price allocated to acquired above market lease costs and acquired below market lease costs are amortized on a straight-line basis over the life of the related lease, including the respective renewal period for below market lease costs with fixed rate renewals, as an adjustment to rental income. Amortization pertaining to the above market lease costs is applied as a reduction to rental income. Amortization pertaining to the below market lease costs is applied as an increase to rental income. The portion of the purchase price allocated to acquired in-place lease intangibles is amortized on a straight-line basis over the life of the related lease and is recorded as amortization expense. The following table summarizes the amortization related to acquired above and below market lease costs and acquired in-place lease intangibles for the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024.
