Subsequent Events	Note 9 - Subsequent Events In preparing these condensed consolidated financial statements, the Company has evaluated events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure through the date these condensed consolidated financial statements were issued and the following events are reported. Effective February 28, 2026, the Company canceled all 1,000,000 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock. The Company drew an additional $100,000 against its credit line to fund operations on March 3, 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
