The Company leases space under operating leases for administrative offices in New York, New York, and Waltham, Massachusetts. The Company previously leased wet laboratory space in Watertown, Massachusetts, but this lease terminated in March 2025.

The Company recorded operating lease costs of $24 thousand and $58 thousand within the research and development expenses line item in the consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive loss during the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
