Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 5, 2026, Terry Jimenez, a director of Turtle Beach Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign as a director, effective as of March 6, 2026.

The Board expresses its appreciation for Mr. Jimenez’s service to the Company and his contributions to the Board.
