| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions Certain directors and officers of the Company are customers of the Company. Loan transactions with directors, officers and employees are made on the same terms as those prevailing at the time for comparable loans to other persons. A summary of related party loan activity during 2025 and 2024 follows.
None of the related party loans were identified as impaired or exceeded 5% of shareholders’ equity for the years ended 2025 or 2024. Related party deposits totaled $11,484,000 and $8,527,000 as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
