BXINFRA U.S. recognizes dividend income on the record date of distributions, if any, from the Aggregator.

BXINFRA U.S. has an interest of 93.1% in the Aggregator as of December 31, 2025. BXINFRA U.S. had not commenced investing activities as of December 31, 2024. The remaining interest in the Aggregator is held by a Parallel Fund.
