SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On February 25, 2026 (the “Effective Date”), the Company entered into a subscription agreement with RREEF Fund Holding LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and an affiliate of the Company’s advisor (the “Investor”), whereby the Investor purchased for cash on the Effective Date $15,000,000 of Class Z shares at a price per share equal to the net asset value per share of the Class Z shares calculated as of the close of business on the Effective Date. The Class Z shares purchased in this transaction are subject to the provisions of the Company’s share redemption plan pari passu with the Company’s other stockholders.
