Related Party Transactions The Company’s former Interim Chief Financial Officer, David Rawden, was a director of AlixPartners, LLP (“AlixPartners”), a business advisory firm that provided a number of consulting services to the Company. The Company’s former Interim Chief Executive Officer, Kevin Nystrom, was a partner and managing director of AlixPartners. In the nine months ended January 31, 2026, the Company recognized no expense for consulting services provided by AlixPartners. In the three and nine months ended February 1, 2025, the Company recognized $0.9 million and $9.8 million, respectively, of expense for consulting services provided by AlixPartners. |
