Commitments Under Short Leases	22. Commitments under short leases At December 31, 2025, the Group had a gross commitment on its office rental and service charge in Berlin, Germany and the Hoboken, U.S. lease equal to $0.6 million (2024: $0.5 million) in the next year. No amounts are payable after more than one year. In addition, the Group enters into contracts in the normal course of business with contract research organizations to assist in the performance of research and development activities and other services and products for operating purposes. These contracts generally provide for termination on notice, and therefore are cancellable contracts and not reflected in the disclosure above.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements. Descriptions may include identification of the specific goods and services, period of time covered, minimum quantities and amounts, and cancellation rights.
