Related Party Transactions During the year ended December 31, 2021, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with an entity controlled by one of its directors. The agreement provides for an annual retainer of $110. The Company recognized expense in the amount of $110 in each of the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024. In May 2022, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with one of its directors. No expense related to this agreement was recognized during the years ended December 31, 2025 and 2024. |
