| Segment Reporting [Abstract] | |
| SEGMENT REPORTING | SEGMENT REPORTING The Fund operates through a single operating and reporting segment with an investment objective to generate attractive risk-adjusted total returns consisting primarily of current income. The chief operating decision maker (the “CODM”) is comprised of the Fund’s Co-Chief Executive Officers and Chief Financial Officer and the CODM assesses the performance and makes operating decisions of the Fund on a consolidated basis primarily based on the Fund’s net investment income. In addition to numerous other factors and metrics, the CODM utilizes consolidated net investment income as a key metric in determining the amount of distributions to be paid to the Fund’s shareholders. As the Fund’s operations comprise a single reporting segment, the segment assets are reflected on the accompanying consolidated balance sheet as “total assets” and the significant segment expenses are listed on the accompanying consolidated statement of operations.
