Subsequent Events	NOTE 11 – Subsequent Events Recent Share Repurchases: Subsequent to the end of the second quarter ended January 31, 2026, through March 2, 2026, the Company repurchased 24,262,025 shares of its common stock at a weighted average price of $37.11 per share totaling $898.7 million.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
