| Auditor Opinion [Text Block] | We have audited the accompanying consolidated statements of financial condition of North Haven Private Income Fund A LLC and subsidiaries (the “Company”), including the consolidated schedule of investments, as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, the related consolidated statements of operations, changes in members’ capital and cash flows for each of the three years in the period then ended, financial highlights for each of the three years in the period then ended and the period from November 30, 2022 (inception) to December 31, 2022, and the related notes (collectively referred to as the “financial statements and financial highlights”). In our opinion, the financial statements and financial highlights present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Company as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, and the results of its operations, changes in members’ capital, and cash flows for each of the three years in the period then ended, and financial highlights for each of the three years in the period then ended, and the period from November 30, 2022 (inception) to December 31, 2022 in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. |
