On January 14, 2026, the Board announced the declaration of a cash dividend on the shares of AM common stock of $0.2250 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The dividend was paid on February 11, 2026 to stockholders of record as of January 28, 2026. The Company pays dividends (i) out of surplus or (ii) if there is no surplus, out of the net profits for the fiscal year in which the dividend is declared and/or the preceding fiscal year, as provided under Delaware law. The Board also declared a cash dividend of $137,500 on the shares of Series A Preferred Stock of Antero Midstream that will be paid on February 17, 2026 in accordance with the terms of the Series A Preferred Stock, which are discussed in Note 13—Equity and Net Income Per Common Share. As of December 31, 2025, there were dividends in the amount of $68,750 accumulated in arrears on the Company’s Series A Preferred Stock.
