(2)On March 1, 2024, the Leadership Development and Compensation Committee (i) approved the cancellation of the CEO Long-Term Performance Award, which was previously granted to Mr. Baszucki under the 2017 Amended and Restated Equity Incentive Plan and (ii) granted Mr. Baszucki a new PSU award and RSU award. Any still unvested PSUs and RSUs granted to Mr. Baszucki on March 1, 2024 are included in those respective rows above as of December 31, 2025 and 2024.
