Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 11, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing that its native synthetic dollar, eSui Dollar (suiUSDe), is now live on Sui Mainnet. Additionally, SUI Group announced the deployment of $10 million in newly minted suiUSDe into a vault operated by Ember Protocol, a vault and investment infrastructure provider incubated by the team behind Bluefin.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
