In September 2024, the Company announced a restructuring plan related to its bikes and scooters transportation mode as part of its efforts to align strategic priorities and reduce operating costs. The plan involved the disposal of certain types of bikes and scooters and the termination of approximately 1% of the Company’s employees. The restructuring plan was completed as of the year ended December 31, 2024.
