INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING	NOTE 3 — INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING Pursuant to the Initial Public Offering, the Company sold 10,000,000 Units at a price of $10.00 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one ordinary share and one right (“Public Right”), with each Public Right entitling the holder to receive one-twentieth of one ordinary share. On May 23, 2024, the underwriters exercised their over-allotment option in full to purchase an additional 1,500,000 Units. As a result, on May 23, 2024, the Company sold an additional 1,500,000 Units at $10.00 per Unit.
