| Dispositions and Real Estate Held For Sale | Dispositions and Real Estate Held For Sale Operating Property Dispositions We did not dispose of any operating properties during the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023. The following table summarizes the operating properties sold during the year ended December 31, 2025:

Real Estate Assets Held for Sale As of December 31, 2025, we classified a three-building office property, totaling 427,764 rentable square feet (unaudited), in the I-15 Corridor of San Diego as held for sale. The property was sold on January 23, 2026, for a gross sales price of $124.5 million, resulting in an estimated gain on sale of $8.2 million.
