| Related Party Transactions | Related Party Transactions Howard Schwimmer Through December 31, 2025, we engaged in transactions with Howard Schwimmer, our Co-Chief Executive Officer, earning management fees and leasing commissions from entities controlled individually by Mr. Schwimmer. Fees and commissions earned from these entities are included in “Management and leasing services” in the consolidated statements of operations. We recorded $0.6 million, $0.6 million and $0.7 million during the years ended December 31, 2025, 2024 and 2023, respectively, in management and leasing services revenue. The Company terminated its management and leasing services agreements with Mr. Schwimmer effective as of January 1, 2026.
