| CAPITAL STOCK | NOTE 6 – CAPITAL STOCK
The Company is authorized to issue 75,000,000 shares of common stock with a par value of $0.0001 per share.
In September 2024, the Company issued 5,200,000 shares of common stock at par value for total proceeds of $520.
During the fiscal year ended October 31, 2025, the Company issued 3,275,000 shares of common stock at $0.01 per share for cash proceeds of $32,757 pursuant to an effective registration statement on Form S-1. Of this amount, $327 was allocated to common stock at par value and $32,430 was allocated to additional paid-in capital.
