Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 9, 2026, Addentax Group Corp. (the “Company”) officially designated 宏业财阜集团 as its Chinese-language name. The Company’s legal name remains “Addentax Group Corp.” and 宏业财阜集团 will be used as the Company’s official Mandarin name for business and corporate purposes in Chinese-language materials .
This designation became effective on February 9, 2026, and will be reflected in the Company’s future filings, communications, and documentation, as applicable.
No action is required by stockholders or other stakeholders in connection with this designation.
