On November 3, 2025, Reed’s, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “company” or “Reed’s”), issued a press release announcing financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2025. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
