Major Customers
For the year ended June 30, 2025, one customer accounted for 94.4% of the Company’s gross revenues. As of June 30, 2025, one customer accounted for 100% of the Company’s accounts receivable, net.
For the year ended June 30, 2024, one customer accounted for 77.2% of the Company’s gross revenues. As of June 30, 2024, three customers accounted for 29.8%, 23.3% and 22.1% of the Company’s accounts receivable, net.
Major Suppliers
For the year ended June 30, 2025, three suppliers accounted for approximately 34.4%, 16.3% and 10.5% of the total gross purchases, respectively. As of June 30, 2025, two suppliers accounted for 45.5%, and 14.8% of the Company’s accounts payable balance.
For the year ended June 30, 2024, two suppliers accounted for approximately 21.2% and 20.1% of the total gross purchases. As of June 30, 2024, four suppliers accounted for approximately 55.5%, 18.9%, 11.9%, and 10.4% of the Company’s accounts payable balance. |
