Subsequent Event During the period from January 2024 to March 2024 the Company received $18,236.29 from the President of the company towards the payment for professional fees, Edgar filing fees and purchase of inventory. During the period from April 2024 to June 2024 the Company received $750 from the President of the company towards the payment for Edgar filing fees. During the period from July 2024 to September 2024 the Company received $11,674 from the President of the company towards the payment for Edgar filing fees, accounting fees and transfer agent fees. During the period from October 2024 to September 2025, the Company received $3,197.25 from the President of the company towards the payment for accounting fees and transfer agent fees. Other than this transaction the Company doesn’t have any other event to report after the reporting period of December 31, 2023 through September 26, 2025
