Item 8.01. Other Events

On September 29, 2025, the Board of Trustees of Silver Point Specialty Lending Fund (the “Fund”) declared a regular quarterly dividend to holders of the Fund’s common shares of beneficial interest, par value $0.001 per share, as of September 30, 2025, payable on October 31, 2025, in the amount of $0.38 per share.
