The securities to be registered hereunder are common shares of beneficial interest, $0.01 par value per share, of the GraniteShares YieldBOOST HOOD ETF and the GraniteShares YieldBOOST SMCI ETF both a series of GraniteShares ETF Trust (the “Trust”). An application for the listing of the shares of the Funds has been filed with and approved by The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. A description of the shares is contained in the Prospectus, which is part of the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form N-1A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (File Nos. 333-214796; 811-23214) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 11, 2025 (Accession No. 0001493152-25-013051).
