| Related Party Transactions | NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
During the normal course of business, the Company enters into transactions with related parties, including directors and officers. As of June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, there were no balances outstanding for related party loans and no additions or amounts repaid during the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 or during the year ended December 31, 2024. Undisbursed commitments to related parties totaled $5,000 as of both June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively.
Deposits of certain officers, directors, and their associates totaled approximately $377,000 and $519,000 as of June 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, respectively. |
