On September 11, 2025, Royal Gold, Inc. issued a press release regarding Centerra Gold Inc.’s announcement of the results of a pre-feasibility study for the Mount Milligan mine. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
